چکیده
Aims: Breast cancer is the most common type of among women and ranks second causes female death in world. In order to find a solution breast cancer, different studies are being conducted for treatment effects drugs substances on this disease intensively investigated. Boric acid has been shown control proliferation certain types cells.Noscapine one ingredients Papaver somniferum (opium). It was first isolated from (opium) 1817. abundant opioids found opium plant (up 10% total composition) after morphine. also known as Narcotine, Nectodon, Nospen, Anarcotine, (archaic) Opiane occurs (-)α isomer which S, R stereochemistry (S at phthalide-carbon isoquinoline-carbon). Noscapine structurally chemically other alkaloids such morphine, codeine, thebaine, papaverine, narceine.
Materials Methods: Based information, study vitro optimize pure form noscapine (obtained poppy capsule) by applying concentrations MCF-7 cell lines. HPLC technique widely analytical techniques used study. Determination LD50 value viability test performed investigate predicted lines using VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) PARP (Poly (ADP-Ribose) Polymerase) Analysis.
Discussion: According results, it observed experiment that vitality values decreased direct proportion concentration time 5 ppm, 10 25 50 75 100 ppm. The determined There no significant difference values. level lower than group.
Conclusion: As result with CCK-8 kit, an antiproliferative effect various concentrations. low data groups suggests goes apoptotic death.

In-vitro Study of Photothermal Anticancer Activity of Carboxylated Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes
Background and Objective: Multi-walled Carbon Nano Tubes (MWCNTs) as an important element of nanosciences have a remarkable absorption in the region of NIR window (650-900 nm) which can overcome the limitations of deep treatment in photothermal therapy. To disperse MWCNTs in water, it is proposed to attach carboxylated functional group (-COOH) to MWCNTs in order to increase dispersivity in wate...

Anticancer Activity of Nanoparticles Based on PLGA and its Co-polymer: In-vitro Evaluation
Attempts have been made to prepare nanoparticles based on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) and doxorubicin. Biological evaluation and physio-chemical characterizations were performed to elucidate the effects of initial drug loading and polymer composition on nanoparticle properties and its antitumor activity. PLGA nanoparticles were formulated by sonication method. Lactide/glycolide ratio ...
